Deposits & Payments

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit goes directly toward your total service cost.

  • Payment Information We accept digital payments or cash only. Payment can be made via:

Cancellations & Lateness

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance using your confirmation link without losing your deposit.

  • Late Policy: There is a 15-minute grace period. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in a $20 late fee, and after 30 minutes, your appointment may be canceled to respect the next client's time.

  • No-Shows: No-calls/no-shows will be charged 50% of the remaining service balance and restricted from future bookings.
